When using this method, attention should be paid to the current in the excitation coil should not exceed the carrying current of the wire, and the temperature rise of the stator coil should be monitored to make it not exceed the maximum value allowed by the manufacturer. If you want to increase the drying speed, the input voltage of the excitation coil can be increased appropriately (the number of turns of the excitation coil should be doubled). It is worth noting that this method is suitable for large reducer motor with large power and is not easy to move in the field, but leakage protection machine should be used when energizing the excitation coil. At the same time, the excitation coil should be selected to meet the requirement of good insulation performance when the stator temperature of the reducer motor rises.
