(2) connection of reducer and working machine
The reducer is directly set on the main shaft of the working machine. When the reducer is running, the anti-torque on the reducer box is acted on, and the anti-torque bracket is installed on the reducer box or balanced by other methods. The machine is directly matched and the other end is connected with the fixed bracket.
(3) Installation of anti-torque bracket
The anti-torque bracket should be installed on the side of the reducer facing the working machine to reduce the bending moment attached to the working machine shaft. The sleeve at the connection end of the anti-torque bracket and the fixed support uses elastomer such as rubber to prevent deflection and absorb the torque fluctuation caused by it.
Two, gear reducer use, maintenance and attention
(1) When disassembling and assembling the reducer, hammer should be avoided as far as possible to avoid damaging the normal parts.
(2) when using, if it is found that there is oil seepage at the shaft extension or joint, it should be replaced in time, such as the skeleton oil seal.
(3) the reducer adopts 460# medium load industrial gear oil, and the working environment temperature is 0~40℃.
(4) After the first use of 100 hours, the inner cavity should be cleaned and replaced with a new gear oil, and the oil should be changed every 2000 hours.
Three, reducer installation and use matters needing attention
(1) the reducer should be firmly installed on a stable level foundation or base, the oil of the oil discharge groove should be able to be eliminated, and the cooling air circulation is smooth. The foundation is not reliable, vibration and noise will be caused when running, and the bearing and gear will be damaged. When the transmission connection has protrusive objects or the use of gear, sprocket transmission, should consider installing a protective device, the output shaft bearing large radial load, should be used to strengthen the type.
(2) According to the prescribed installation device to ensure that the staff can easily get close to the oil standard, ventilation plug and oil drain plug. After the installation is in place, the accuracy of the installation position should be comprehensively checked in order, and the reliability of the fasteners should be able to rotate flexibly after installation. The reducer adopts oil pool splash lubrication. Before running, the user needs to remove the screw plug of the vent hole and replace it with a ventilation plug. According to different installation positions, open the oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line, add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil spills out of the oil level plug screw hole, screw on the oil level plug and carry out the no-load test run for no less than 2 hours. The operation should be smooth, no impact, vibration, noise and leakage of oil phenomenon, found abnormal should be eliminated in time.
(3) When installing the reducer, attention should be paid to the alignment of the axis of the transmission center, and the error shall not be greater than the compensation amount of the used coupling. Good alignment can prolong service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency.
(4) in the output shaft to install transmission parts, is not allowed to use hammer knocking, usually use the assembly fixture and shaft end of the internal thread, with bolts to drive parts pressed into, otherwise it may cause damage to the internal parts of the reducer. It is better not to use the rigid fixed coupling, because the improper installation of the coupling will cause unnecessary external load, resulting in early damage of the bearing, and even the fracture of the output shaft in serious cases.
