Install the planetary gear reducer correctly

The first step: before installation should confirm whether the motor and planetary gear reducer are complete and lossless, and strictly drive the motor and reducer adjacent to the size of each part is on the center. Here refers to the driving motor flange positioning boss and shaft diameter and reducer flange positioning groove and aperture between the size and common public service; Wipe dirt and burrs from the common surface of the disposal penalty.
The second step: screw down the process hole on the flange side of the reducer, rotate the input end of the reducer, so that the inner hexagon screw cap is aligned with the process hole, insert the inner hexagon screw to loosen the inner hexagon screw.
Step 3: Insert the drive motor shaft into the input end hole of the reducer by hand, making the key slot on the shaft perpendicular to the lock screw on the input end of the reducer. Insertion must ensure that the concentricity is equal and the two flanges are parallel. As if the heart difference or two flanges are unbent, the cause must be ascertained. In addition, in the placement, it is strictly prohibited to use hammer, that is, it can prevent the axial force or radial force of hammer from destroying the two bearings too much, and it can also be installed
Place the feeling to decide whether the two are in line with each other. Decide that the two common concentricity and flange parallel key is: after the two inserted each other, both flanges are fundamentally close, the same loophole.
The fourth step: in order to ensure that the two flanges are connected with a uniform force, the first drive motor fastening screw willfully screw on, but do not screw; Then gradually tighten the four fastening screws diagonally; Finally tighten the socket screw of the input end of the planetary gear reducer. Be sure to tighten the fastening screw of the drive motor before tightening the screw of the reducer input end hole. Careful: the precise placement between the reducer and the machine setup equipment is similar to that of the planetary gear
