(1) Overload operation -- adjust to the appropriate load;
(2) excessive friction of oil seal - drop lubricating oil at the oil seal;
(3) Improper connection between the output shaft and the transmission device -- adjust to the appropriate position;
(4) the impact load is too large - replace the larger type of reducer.
Noise of precision planetary reducer
The noise of precision planetary reducer can also be observed from the following four small parts:
(1) Overload operation -- adjust to the appropriate load;
(2) bearing damage or clearance is too large -- replace the bearing;
(3) Loosen bolts -- tighten bolts;
(4) the transmission device is not fixed well - fixed transmission device.
Precision planetary reducer does not rotate
Precision planetary reducer does not turn:
(1) gear wear - gear replacement;
(2) Motor damage -- repair the motor;
(3) the impact load is too large - replace the larger type of reducer.
